| Over the bridge and through the woods to the Artist’s Studio we go. My home and studio are at the west end of the pond, at Glenpond, and when you begin to walk over the bridge, with the little stream flowing underneath, and you look left towards the back parking lot, well this is what you see. I looked at this view for two years before I sat down next to the bridge and just HAD to draw this view. With rain, and traffic, heat and wind, it took about five weeks to get it all done finally. In the future, when I think of my time at Glenpond, this view will come to mind often. |
